Isaiah 11:1-10 & Matthew 3:1-12
A Great Reversal After Isaiah 11:1-10 There is a great reversal afoot. From a cut-down tree a new one forms— a tree ripening fruit of innocence. The vicious will listen, and learn from the gentle. Children, full of laughter, fun, and the good type of trouble are becoming our presidents. Lions are befriending lambs. Come, Lord Jesus. A great reversal is afoot. --- Listen Sooner After Matthew 3:1-12 Come out of the bustling towns and the noisy traffic and hear one speak of a God who raises a surprising bunch of faithful descendants he warns and promises a new life— a life clothed in a new coat, as the patchy, worn one is thrown out. John, I wish I would had listened sooner. I want to bathe in this truth.
